If your office is located near Columbus, Ohio, you are eligible for free pickup and delivery. We will come to your office on a schedule that fits your needs and either pick up microtapes or download your digital recordings straight to our laptops. At that time, we will also drop off your final reports in the form of your liking (hard copies or disc).
If your office is outside of the local area, you can send your digital files through a secure, HIPAA-compliant transfer. There is no setup or software to install. Just go to the Digital tab on our website and fill out the easy form. You will be provided a password by All-American Transcription, LLC.
You can also use microtapes. Just send them in the mail and we will send your final reports either through the secure transfer or mail them to you via USPS.
